Where the sun almost never sets

Sometimes the silence that is broken by a few howling dogs far, far away becomes the lasting memory. Or are they dogs? Taking images becomes secondary. It is not always an excellent place to enjoy the moment at also gives a good motive.

We have reached our northernmost point on our summer Road Trip 2020, Laxsjö in Jämtland. We will go a little further north on some day trips, and higher up during a couple of mountain hikes.

For the first time, we have been driving a fully electric car. The car charges very fast, so super happy with that. I have even had to move the vehicle at some point because we have not been able to finish our break. On the other occasions, the pause and charge have taken about the same amount of time.
